TRIAD CONSORTIUM, LTD., a general practice Architectural firm, was founded in 1978 by its current corporate officers.
We offer a variety of services including site analysis, planning, design and construction management. Our firm is engaged in a highly diversified practice with respect to both the size and type of project. We believe this is essential toward maintaining the sensitivity for developing imaginative and comprehensive concepts which can best serve the client’s needs and goals.

To insure quality professional services for our clients, TRIAD CONSORTIUM, LTD., has assembled a highly trained staff of architects, planners, and designers. We continue to concentrate on developing a “team practice”, which insures the coordinated services of design/technical specialists. The qualities of services are further insured by the direct participation of one or more of the firm’s principals in each of our projects.

TRIAD CONSORTIUM, LTD., is a 100 percent minority-owned enterprise. In addition to our professional and business interests, TRIAD remains especially interested and dedicated to the community in which it is based.
